Plans & pricing
NevTan Mail is sold as packages, billed monthly. A package sets each mailbox's storage and which features your workspace gets — such as AI writing assist, PDF editing and aliases. You choose how many mailboxes, and pay the package price for each one.
How pricing works
The price is the package's per-mailbox price multiplied by how many mailboxes you buy. So Starter is $1 a month for one mailbox with 30 GB, Business is $2 for one with 100 GB, $4 for two mailboxes with 100 GB each, and so on. The storage figure is per mailbox too, so two mailboxes on Business is 200 GB in total.
Billed monthly, cancel anytime
Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at the current exchange rate — India pays through Razorpay, everyone else through Stripe. Free costs nothing however many mailboxes you take, up to its limit of 10, and never expires — no card required. Workspaces created before this change keep 5 GB per free mailbox.

Starter vs Free
Starter gives each mailbox 30 GB with no 10-mailbox cap — for teams that have outgrown Free but don't need 100 GB.
The live rate card, in your local currency, is always what the pricing page and the plan builder show — packages can be added or re-priced, so treat the table above (in US dollars) as the current line-up rather than a permanent one.
Choose your package
In Admin → Subscription, open the Buy a Plan tab and set:
- Package — Free, Starter, Business or Pro, which sets each mailbox's storage and the features included.
- Number of mailboxes — the package price is charged for each one.
- Domain — which domain the capacity is credited to.
The summary shows the total before you check out.
Good to know
- Plans stack. A domain can hold several at once — each is billed separately, and their mailboxes, storage and features add up on top of your free allowance. Need more capacity? Buy another plan rather than replacing the one you have.
- Need less? Cancel a single plan under My Subscriptions; the other plans, and your free allowance, carry on untouched.
- Moving down to Free isn't a plan change — cancel the paid plan instead, and the free allowance applies once the paid period ends.
- Before subscribing to a paid package, you authorize saving your card and the monthly auto-charge with a consent checkbox — it's never turned on for you. The free package never asks for a card.
- Your custom domain is included for the lifetime of the account — there is no separate domain charge on top of the package price.
- You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
